Terms and Conditions of the Measure Together Program
The Measure Together Program (the “Program”) is an optional service for Front + Center customers (“Customer” or “you”) to provide calculating support for customers ordering new cabinet doors and drawer fronts.
By purchasing this Program, you consent to having a Front + Center specialist review your measurements, photos, drawings, and other information and calculate recommended door and drawer front sizes based on the information provided.
Service Fee and Measure with Confidence Coupon
The Program requires an upfront, non-refundable service fee of $200.
Upon purchase of the Program, the Customer will receive a $200 Measure with Confidence™ coupon that may be applied toward the purchase of the Measure with Confidence Program at the time the Customer places a qualifying Front + Center order.
The $200 Measure with Confidence option provides up to $2,000 toward eligible replacement costs, subject to the separate Measure with Confidence Terms and Conditions. The Customer may also apply the $200 coupon toward a higher-cost Measure with Confidence option and is responsible for paying any remaining balance.
The coupon has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and may not be applied to any other product or service.
If the Customer chooses not to use the coupon toward the Measure with Confidence Program, the $200 Measure Together service fee remains non-refundable.
Customer Responsibility
The accuracy of the calculations provided through the Program depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the Customer.
Front + Center is not responsible for errors or inaccurate calculations resulting from incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or omitted measurements or information provided by the Customer.
The Customer is solely responsible for reviewing the calculations and recommended sizes provided by Front + Center before placing an order.
Order Entry Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for entering and confirming the correct product selections, quantities, dimensions, styles, finishes, and other specifications when placing an order.
Front + Center is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect order entry by the Customer, including dimensions entered differently from those provided through Measure Together.
Front + Center is also not responsible for changes made by the Customer after Measure Together calculations or recommendations have been provided.
Scope of Service
Each Program purchase covers one room or project. Additional projects require a separate Program purchase.
One revision of the calculations is included with the Program. Additional revisions may be available at a reduced fee at Front + Center’s discretion.
Front + Center may request additional measurements, photos, drawings, or other information if reasonably necessary to complete the calculations.
Front + Center reserves the right to decline or discontinue a project if submitted photos or information are insufficient, incomplete, unclear, or otherwise prevents Front + Center from reasonably performing the calculations.
No On-Site Verification
Measure Together is a remote support service.
Front + Center does not visit the Customer’s home or project location and does not independently verify cabinet sizes in person.
Front + Center is not responsible for errors resulting from field conditions, cabinet variations, or information not disclosed by the Customer.
Final Review Required
The Customer is responsible for confirming that the calculated door and drawer front sizes are correct and will fit their cabinets before placing an order. Front + Center strongly recommends that the Customer perform a fit check using the instructions provided before ordering.
By submitting an order, the Customer acknowledges and approves the dimensions, quantities, product selections, and other specifications included in that order.
No Returns or Refunds on Custom Orders
Front + Center cabinet doors and drawer fronts, and other made-to-order products are manufactured according to the specifications submitted with the Customer’s order and cannot be returned or refunded once production begins.
Participation in Measure Together does not independently provide replacement or remake coverage for products ordered using the calculations provided through the Program.
Any replacement benefits available through the separate Measure with Confidence Program are governed by the Measure with Confidence Terms and Conditions.
Program Limitations
The Program is designed to guide the Customer’s measuring and calculation process. It does not guarantee a perfect fit without the Customer’s final review and approval. The Program is intended for do-it-yourself customers, though Front + Center may, at its discretion, provide service to customers ordering other configurations.
Limitation of Liability
Front + Center’s liability under this Program is limited to the service fee paid by the Customer. Front + Center is not responsible for any costs, damages, or losses arising from incorrect measurements submitted by the Customer, errors in order entry, or the Customer’s failure to review and confirm calculations prior to placing an order. Once the Customer has reviewed and approved the calculations, all responsibility for the accuracy of the order rests with the Customer.
WHERE PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, FRONT + CENTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS PROGRAM.
General
The Program gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be unenforceable, the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions apply only to the Measure Together Program. Other Front + Center products, services, warranties, promotions, coupons, and programs, including the Measure with Confidence Program, may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
